Here is a 40 second video demonstrating the admin CRM instantly responding to an inbound call. Once a call is received on an inbound telephone line (DID or Direct Inward Dial) the admin CRM will search the database for any existing users and display the search result in a dedicated Search Result pane. There is many ways to setup a voice network, and buying cheap minutes is not one of them. Our gateways are based on TDM (Time Division Multiplexing, real physical telephone lines) networks. This means that your calls actually go through a physical line and not some voice gateway in Sweden.
This provides you with a low delay call with crystal clarity.
Our IP backbone is well connected with GigaBit connections and uses BGP4 for redundancy to multiple carriers.
We also minimise the use of un-necessary compression. Compression is used to reduce the amount of bandwidth used by a call, which in turn affects the quality. Our network also support High Definition audio.
